Stylized fractal depiction of a beautiful bronze and blue canopy found on another world, Fjornak, a Class M planet circling a red dwarf star. The Fjornal forests rise 300 meters and the kilometers long canopy is dense, almost a solid mat of iridescent blue and gold leaves. Photosynthesis pathways and atmospheric light refraction at sunset lead to this exotic color of foliage (or so I am told by otherworld forest experts). A fun fractal image with vivid presence, suitable for home or office.

Fractals! There is richness and wonder in endless repetition. The eye seems to hungrily seek out repeating patterns by instinct, while the mind assembles separate or even disparate pieces into a single cohesive whole. Fractal art spontaneously elicits a gratifying union of both processes. I create fractal art through a digital medium. I am drawn to making fractal images that evoke a sense of the familiar.
