Specialized centers of dark energy research eventually found that the newly observed grid of dark stars was in fact a network of cold star gate travelways left by a Class III civilization, a subway system for the galaxy. The grid continues in 3D, better seen with the magnification from the green box.

Fractals! There is richness and wonder in endless repetition. The eye seems to hungrily seek out repeating patterns by instinct, while the mind assembles separate or even disparate pieces into a single cohesive whole. Fractal art spontaneously elicits a gratifying union of both processes. I create fractal art through a digital medium. I am drawn to making fractal images that evoke a sense of the familiar. The joy that comes from uncovering the “familiar” while transforming fractals can be intense, similar to the “eureka!” moment of an epiphany.
