The creation of galactic rainbows (a.k.a. fractal rainbows) can take millions of years. In the thick of gaseous nebulae outside our galaxy, condensation slowly occurs. Volatile gases combine to create a plasma-like gas that has prismatic properties. This newly uncovered fictitious phase of matter is now known as "the rainbow matrix" since it shines with intrinsic brilliance a million times more brightly than the sheen and prismatic brilliance found in Fire Opals on Earth.

Fractals! There is richness and wonder in endless repetition. The eye seems to hungrily seek out repeating patterns by instinct, while the mind assembles separate or even disparate pieces into a single cohesive whole. Fractal art spontaneously elicits a gratifying union of both processes. I create fractal art through a digital medium. I am drawn to making fractal images that evoke a sense of the familiar.
