Description
Art for the Nursery
Planet Funjarii is a gas giant nearly as large as our planet Jupiter. It orbits a red giant star in a 5-planet system within the Kirjiilin sector of the Sombrero galaxy.
Few creatures can survive the cold gases that cover the giant planet--methane, ethane, and ammonia are nearly liquid at the frigid temperatures of the outer atmosphere. A marvelous exception are the fictional fractal Fan Fish of Funjarii.
These flat fish can be 20-30 meters long, and 10-20 meters wide, but are only 20-30 centimeters thick. These "paper thin" fish fly through the cold gases effortlessly. Their tough thin bodies flutter like ribbons in the amazing 500 meter-per-second winds of Funjarii. They require no food other than the hydrocarbons from the cold volatile gases.
This lovely fractal abstract depicts a school of the fractal fan fish who travel head-to-tail in thin lines to more easily navigate the treacherous winds. They glow pink, orange, and gold in the lovely gases that reflect the red giant sun's rays, and are an amazing sight indeed to intergalactic travelers.
The gorgeous soft pastel tones and suggestive fish-like fractal-based abstract shapes make for a lovely wall hanging in a nursery, intriguing wall art for the kids' bedrooms, fascinating fractal art for the home, and attractive attention-getting decorative art in the office. Adequate resolution to support large sizes.

Thanks Lisa...I do try for a different look, although I'm a big fan of almost all fractal abstract styles. Thanks again!
