This lovely violet fractal abstract depicts the warping of space-time to facilitate traveling enormous distance through galaxies, almost in the blink of an eye. This faster-than-light travel will almost certainly be required for intergalactic colonization, and a Class-3 Civilization should have the technical prowess to accomplish this almost magical process. Some believe that there are already wormhole gates throughout our sector of the known universe, left by a Master Cilvilization millions of years ago. We may simply need to find them and the keys that open up the locks to these faster-than-light travel gates.

Fractals! There is richness and wonder in endless repetition. The eye seems to hungrily seek out repeating patterns by instinct, while the mind assembles separate or even disparate pieces into a single cohesive whole. Fractal art spontaneously elicits a gratifying union of both processes. I create fractal art through a digital medium. I am drawn to making fractal images that evoke a sense of the familiar. The joy that comes from uncovering the “familiar” while transforming fractals can be intense, similar to the “eureka!” moment of an epiphany.
