Description
The Paso Doble has been called the dance of the bullfight. It is a couples dance where the man is the matador, and the women is the cape or the shadow of the matador.
Doble is Spanish and refers to the double step that is a part of the dance routine. The dance originated in France but was subsequently adopted by Spain and Portugal where it flourished. The pasodoble is typically reserved for competition, and is one of the fastest Latin ballroom dances with as many as 120 steps per minute at times.
The fractal abstract depicts the fast "orbital" coupled movements that are a part of the Paso Doble dance routine. The soft tones and pastel colors will make this fractal artwork a delight at home or in the office.
